Care of the Community, by the Carers, for the Community

Launching subject to CQC registration

Supported Living

Independence, with the right support beside you.

Supported living is about choice and control. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and mental health needs to live in their own homes and lead the lives they choose.

Support is built around each person — from a few hours a week to round-the-clock care — always working towards greater independence, confidence and community connection.
