Modern Slavery Statement
Our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in everything we do.
Our commitment
Community Care Partners UK Ltd has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. As a care and staffing organisation, we recognise that our sector can be targeted by exploitation, and we take active steps to prevent it in our organisation and our supply chains.
Our organisation and supply chains
We provide care in people's own homes, and recruitment, training and placement of care staff. Our supply chains include training providers, uniform and equipment suppliers, and professional services — all based in the UK.
What we do in practice
All staff are recruited directly by us, with right-to-work checks, enhanced DBS checks and references verified before they start. We never charge workers recruitment fees, and wages are paid directly into each worker's own bank account at rates above market average.
Our training helps staff recognise the signs of exploitation — including among the people we support and the workers we place — and how to report concerns. Any suspicion of forced labour or trafficking is escalated immediately to the relevant authorities.
Reporting concerns
Anyone can report a concern about modern slavery connected to our organisation, confidentially, via our contact page. Concerns can also be raised with the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700.
