When you contact us or complete a form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message. Job applicants may also share a CV and employment history.

Please don't send detailed medical information through this website. When our care services launch, any health and care records will be handled under strict confidentiality and in line with our regulatory obligations.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, progress job applications, and provide the services you ask us about. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our lawful bases are legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and running our business) and, where relevant, steps towards entering a contract with you, such as an employment or service agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Unsuccessful job applications are normally retained for no more than twelve months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or keep in touch about future roles.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We'd welcome the chance to put things right first.
