Community Care Partners UK Ltd was founded on the principle of co-ownership and social justice, where value is retained within communities. With a simple conviction: the people who deliver care, and the communities who receive it, should share in the value it creates. We're building a sustainable, community-owned healthcare organisation — one that delivers high-quality care in people's own homes and creates fair, secure jobs for local people.

All our care is delivered in people's own homes. We don't own or manage care-home premises — home is where people flourish.

We're founder-owned today, with a community-ownership model planned as we grow — so carers and local stakeholders can share in the value they create.

Where we are today
An honest picture of a growing organisation
We're incorporated and preparing to launch. Our recruitment, staffing, training and home hygiene services trade from day one. Our regulated care services — domiciliary care, live-in care, supported living and reablement — will begin once our Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration is in place, led by our Registered Manager. We believe in being straightforward about that journey.
