Accessibility Statement
Everyone should be able to use this website — including people with disabilities. Here's what we do and how to get in touch if something isn't working for you.
Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, and we aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility matters to us personally: many of the people we support, and their families, rely on accessible information to make decisions about care.
What that means in practice
Text can be resized using your browser settings, and the site reflows on smaller screens. Pages are structured with proper headings and landmarks, images carry alternative text, and forms have clear labels with error messages that explain what to fix.
You can navigate the whole site with a keyboard, and interactive elements show a visible focus indicator.
Known limitations
This is a new website and we're continually improving it. If you find anything that doesn't work for you — for example with a screen reader, magnification or keyboard navigation — we genuinely want to know so we can fix it.
Feedback and contact
To report an accessibility problem or ask for information in a different format (such as large print, easy read or audio), email info@communitycarepartners.co.uk. We aim to respond within five working days.
If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
