Common questions

Before you get in touch

When will your care services start?
Our regulated care services — domiciliary care, live-in care, supported living and reablement — will launch once our registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) is in place. You can register your interest now and we'll contact you as soon as we're ready.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Essex and building our first teams there, with plans to expand across the county and surrounding areas as we grow. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Can I arrange care for a relative?
Absolutely — most enquiries come from family members. We'll talk through the situation with you and, when the time is right, meet your relative to plan care around what matters to them.
Do you provide staff to other organisations?
Yes. Our recruitment, staffing and training services are available now and don't require CQC registration. Visit Work With Us to send us your requirements.
